Overview
Dirty screens undo a window cleaning the first time it rains. Pollen, cottonwood fluff and road dust collect in the mesh and wash straight back onto the glass. Tracks fill with grit, dead insects and debris that makes sliders stick and weep holes clog.
We remove every screen, wash it with a soft brush and mild detergent, rinse and dry it, then reinstall. Tracks are vacuumed, brushed and wiped, and weep holes are cleared so water drains out instead of into your walls.
How the work runs

Remove and label
Screens are pulled and labeled by window so every one goes back where it came from.

Wash
Mesh and frames are brushed and rinsed on a tarp away from landscaping.

Detail tracks
Vacuum, brush, wipe, clear weep holes and lubricate slider tracks.

Reinstall
Dry screens go back in and we flag any that need re-screening.
