Overview
Pressure is a tool, not a goal. Concrete plazas and loading docks take hot water at 3,000 PSI with surface cleaners. Brick, EIFS and vinyl siding need low pressure soft washing with the right detergent so mortar, coatings and seals are not damaged.
For commercial sites we bring water recovery mats and vacuums where storm drain rules apply, and we schedule early morning work so plazas and entries are dry before foot traffic arrives.

We test pressure and detergent on a small area first.

Oil, gum and organic growth get targeted treatment.

Surface cleaners and wands work in overlapping passes.

Rinse and recover
Glass and landscaping are rinsed, water recovered where needed.

Yes. Hot water at the right temperature lifts most gum without damaging concrete.
For residential jobs we use an outdoor spigot. Commercial crews usually bring a water tank.
