Work at height is only as safe as the plan behind it. Here is exactly how ours works, and the record it has produced.
The program in four parts
Written to ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 and OSHA 1910 Subpart D, and reviewed each January by an outside safety consultant.
Plan
Anchor inspection, drop map, rescue plan and exclusion zones are written and approved before any work at height.
Train
1,940 training hours in 2025. Quarterly rope rescue drills on our Corktown training wall. Annual lift recertification.
Inspect
Every harness, descender and rope is logged, inspected before each shift and retired on a fixed schedule.
Report
Daily toolbox talks, near-miss reporting and an annual safety summary shared with every contract client.

Safety FAQ
Rope access technicians are IRATA or SPRAT certified, supervisors hold IRATA Level 3, site leads hold OSHA 30 and lift operators are ANSI A92 trained.
$5M general liability, a $10M umbrella, Michigan statutory workers compensation and $1M commercial auto. Certificates are available within one business day.
Rope access stops at sustained 25 mph winds, stages at 20 mph, and all exterior work stops for lightning within 10 miles. Weather delays are rescheduled free.
We arrange third-party load testing and certification with a licensed engineer before any suspended work begins.
