Overview
High-rise glass is a safety program first and a cleaning job second. Every drop starts with a roof anchor inspection, a written rescue plan and a technician count that meets ANSI/IWCA I-14.1. Our supervisors hold IRATA Level 3, and every technician on a rope is SPRAT or IRATA certified.
We choose the access method building by building. Rope access is fastest and least disruptive for most facades. Suspended stages suit long elevations and sealant work. Where a building has a permanent BMU, we run it with operators trained on that specific rig.

We inspect anchors, davits and parapets and confirm certification dates with building engineering.

Drop map, rescue plan, exclusion zones and weather limits are issued for your approval.

Technicians work drop by drop with a ground supervisor managing sidewalks and entries.

Close-out
Photo report, anchor notes and any facade defects are delivered within 24 hours.

Rope access has one of the lowest incident rates in work at height. Each technician uses two independent anchored lines and works under a Level 3 supervisor.
