Yes. Each building gets a written access plan, rescue plan, anchor inspection record, COI and site-specific toolbox talk records.
Yes. Off-hours work is standard for hotels, hospitals and retail, and included at no premium on annual contracts.
Yes. Portfolio clients receive one calendar, one site lead and one monthly invoice with per-building line items.
Safety and insurance
Rope access technicians are IRATA or SPRAT certified, supervisors hold IRATA Level 3, site leads hold OSHA 30 and lift operators are ANSI A92 trained.
$5M general liability, a $10M umbrella, Michigan statutory workers compensation and $1M commercial auto. Certificates are available within one business day.
Rope access stops at sustained 25 mph winds, stages at 20 mph, and all exterior work stops for lightning within 10 miles. Weather delays are rescheduled free.
We arrange third-party load testing and certification with a licensed engineer before any suspended work begins.
Residential service
Only for interior work. Exterior-only visits can be done while you are out, and we send photos when finished.
Shoe covers, drop cloths under every interior window, ladder stabilizers and padded ladder feet. Nothing leans on gutters.
Twice a year for most homes, spring and fall. Homes near busy roads, lakes or construction often choose three visits.
Yes, as an add-on at $4 per screen with a window cleaning.
Pricing and billing
Yes. Residential estimates are instant online or by photo. Commercial walkthroughs and roof surveys are free for buildings in our service area.
Net 30 invoicing by visit or monthly, with purchase order numbers, and ACH or check payment.
No deposit for residential work. Large one-time commercial projects may require a 25 percent mobilization payment.
No fee with 24 hours notice. Weather cancellations by us are never charged.
